TRANSMISSION

Legend has it that a star fell from the sky one dark and stormy night and landed off the coast of Sable Island. It may have been long ago or it may be happening right now - time moves in strange ways off the coast on those wild pirate islands. It went unnoticed by any human eyes; it was witnessed only by the seals and horses that roam those dunes. But something started happening. The horses started acting strangely, and shadowy ships began appearing in the night, like the old tales of the Flying Dutchman resurfacing again. Fisherman have been whispering about a strange sound pulsing through the seas, like a subharmonic frequency, or a heartbeat of some great leviathan stirring in  the deep. Those fishermen say that when they hear the sound, the sea-life starts to school in strange patterns, phosphorescent jellyfish gather, and the whales have been known…
